Terms and Conditions for AutoKing Driving School

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for lesson cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the full lesson charge.
Payment Terms:

Payment for driving lessons is due in advance of each lesson and can be made via Cash, or bank transfer.
Driving License and Eyesight Requirement:

The learner must hold a current, valid driving license and be able to read a number plate from a distance of 20 meters (67 feet).
Lesson Conduct

Students must arrive on time for their lessons and exhibit respectful behavior towards the instructor and other road users.
Weather Conditions Policy:

Lessons may be rescheduled in case of inclement weather conditions that pose a safety risk on the roads.
Late Arrival Policy:

Students arriving late for their driving lessons may have their session shortened to avoid disrupting schedules of other students.
Cell Phone Usage Policy:

Use of cell phones during driving lessons is strictly prohibited to ensure full attention and focus on the road.
Lesson Locations:

We are happy to start and finish your lesson from different locations, provided these are agreed upon at least one week in advance and are within our operational area.
Safety:

We reserve the right to cancel any lessons if the learner is, or is suspected to be, under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You will be charged for the lesson in such instances.
Punctuality:

The instructor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Failure to attend within this period will result in the lesson being abandoned and the full lesson charge being applied.
Vehicle Use for Tests:

The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of their vehicle for the practical test if, in their opinion, the learner's driving does not meet the required standards for the driving test, is dangerous, or potentially dangerous.
Mechanical Failures:

The instructor cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or electrical failures that may prevent or terminate a lesson or driving test.
Instructor Assignment:

While we strive to accommodate requests for specific instructors, assignments are subject to availability and operational requirements.
Acknowledgment:

By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for driving lessons with AutoKing Driving School.
